Elizabeth (Liz) Adkins Neumann is a principal and co-founder of Brill Neumann Associates, a boutique firm specializing in consulting and executive search for colleges and universities, technology commercialization programs, economic development initiatives, and academic health care institutions. Liz has 25 years of experience in financial management, organizational consulting, and executive search. She leads searches for colleges and universities in the areas of enrollment management, technology transfer and commercialization, development, student affairs, human resources, and finance as well as searches for senior leaders in not-for-profits.
Earlier in her career, Liz held financial management positions in entertainment, accounting, real estate, and nonprofit organizations and worked for a national auditing and consulting firm. She is a conflict resolution/management consultant for churches in Massachusetts. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
